When and where does the event take place?
The event will take place on March 28, 2025, at Colorado Charlie Beach Club in Scheveningen (Zwarte Pad). Doors open at 19:30.
Where can I buy my ticket?
Currently, sponsorships are sold through eventix (https://eventix.shop/nkr64yqg). You will then receive an email on how to login in to your La Confrérie account to update your details.
What is the purpose of the event?
The goal is to bring alumni together and express our appreciation for their support of our oh so beloved association. But above all, it is about celebrating, reminiscing about old memories, and making new ones!
Who is the target audience for the event? Which alumni years can attend?
All alumni of La Confrérie is welcome! Up to and including Semester 2021-1.
What do I get for the amount I pay?
The event is a sponsorship event. This means that when you purchase a package (FAMILY or FRIENDS), you are making an annual donation to the association. The event is organized for sponsoring alumni.
What do we gain from sponsorship?
Depending on your chosen package, you gain access to annual alumni events and exclusive access to the LinkedIn alumni group. Additionally, if you choose the FRIENDS package, your company will be mentioned in our media with its logo.
What does the association do with the sponsorship funds?
The sponsorship funds help us continue the memories you made with La Confrérie for our current and future members. Additionally, we are actively searching for a new ClubBar, which the sponsorship funds will also support.
What if I do not want my name mentioned?
You can indicate during registration whether you allow us to use your information in our database. If you do not want your name mentioned in our media, you can email secretary@laconfrerie.eu after registering.
What is the difference between the FRIENDS and FAMILY packages?
The FAMILY package is for private sponsorship, while the FRIENDS package is for alumni who wish to sponsor through their business.
• With the FAMILY package (€50 per year), you receive a name mention in our media, access to the exclusive LinkedIn group, and entry to the annual alumni events.
• With the FRIENDS package (€250 per year), your company sponsors the association. You receive name and logo mention in our media, access to the exclusive LinkedIn group for alumni, and entry to the annual alumni events.
What is the price for an individual ticket if I do not want to sponsor?
This event is exclusively for sponsoring alumni, so individual tickets will not be available.
Does this mean I must pay at least €50 to attend the alumni event on March 28?
Yes, for €50, you purchase the FAMILY package, which grants you access to the alumni event on March 28.
What does ‘all alumni events’ mean? Does it refer to all events this year?
This year, only one alumni event is scheduled on March 28. Moving forward, annual alumni events will be organized for our sponsoring former members.
